A new affiliate from Cincinnati eMailed me after joining today, and mentioned that he had read the updates in the IYN back office, and he saw that newly upgraded affiliates could get some help from their sponsor, as long as their sponsor is an upgraded affiliate.
Well, he was right, and I happy that someone else is reading what's in the backoffice.
This was what I wrote back to Joe, and it was such a good question, I thought that I should share it on my blog with everyone else who's paying attention...
One quick note before proceeding: I don't have infinite banner credits, so it's first come, first served, until I run out of them.
In the eMail, I am answering a couple of Joe's questions, so just follow along, and go with the flow; you'll get the gist of things:
Hello Joe,
I live in Ventura, California. Originally from Tennessee, I moved out here 26 years ago as a young air traffic controller for the Navy. .
Yes, I can help provide you advertising assistance. Currently, the only item we're geared to transfer at present are GoGreen banner credits that I have personally accrued; upgrade prior to December 18th to at least the Bronze level (higher if your budget allows, for all the added goodies); I'm currently a Diamond affiliate, and have been for over 18 months. I plan to upgrade again to Executive Affiliate on Monday, because of the added benefits. The Executive and Corporate upgrades were only recently added, mostly because of the GoGreen project.
Anyways, a new, first-time upgrade to Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum BEFORE December 18th (because by 10 p.m. MY time on the 18th, I won't be able to transfer on this campaign launch), and I will transfer 20,000 of my personal banner impressions for the current campaign; Joe, if you elect Diamond, Executive or Corporate upgrades, I will transfer a total of 50,000 of my personal banner impressions, and that's in addition to the double GoGreen banner bonus IYN currently offers for new upgrades from free affiliate status, AND IYN making a cash deposit into your backoffice account of HALF your first month's upgrade. Read the rules on how that cash deposit incentive works, because you must have over $100 in there to request a withdrawal and funds must be in 60 days before they become available for withdrawal...
I have been sending out newsletters via Constant Contact for the past year or so, but I've recently changed over to a blog, that you can access and read anytime. Actually, I will be publishing several related blogs, as the search engines pick up on them just like a website. I offer considerable marketing advice and explain how a lot of the Its Your Net tools work, so just ask me, and I'll get you the answer by eMail or by blog. Chances are, some of this will end up on my next blog entry (Never let a good question-and-answer go to waste).
My main blog is http://www.WiFidelityT1.blogspot.com
I'll provide links to other blogs as I develop them.
I just set up 2 Internet Radio Ad campaigns for the next 30 days. Every five tunes, they run one of my ads that I wrote. We'll see how it works; it's on an Independent music artists station, featuring new independent recording artists, looking to be discovered.
Consider setting up ads on backpage, kijiji and craiglist; ads like the one you found when you found me. I've found BP Sender on ebay for as little as $5; saves me a lot of time as I publish 100's of ads daily, and it's very easy to use, once you've set it up...
...You were speaking of downlines; you may have noticed it only pays on two levels, when it comes to the goods and services we offer. Let's say you sell to someone from one of those banner impressions; the customer has be re-directed to your website and they subscribe for Internet Access or get a GoGreen product/service. Your customer buys, then you and I get paid the commission; we would split the commission of $4 a month on a T1 subscription; we'd split another $4 a month on the VOIP telephony, et cetera.
Details on GoGreen are just coming out; I'll be looking at a graphic on the Wind Turbine design of Ken Stewart on Tuesday night, with more details forthcoming.
The splits on finding a Mom-and-Pop ISP are a little different. I'll show you how to identify these potential home runs, but it works something like this on the commissions:
You find an ISP owner and persuade them to request more information. As the service is about to be made available in their subscriber's area, you do a 3-way telephone conversation between YOU, the ISP owner and IYN. The pay their $1449.00 upgrade fee and keep their private branding while IYN takes over the customer service for all IYN products. These ISP owners will have 1,000 or more subscribers (the largest that's been captured is 750,000 subscribers). The largest I've been involved with has about 120,000 in New Jersey.
Let's use 10,000 subscribers for our example, and let's say that all would upgrade from dial-up to T1 service @ $19.95/mo, and only HALF signed up for the VOIP telephony @ $9.95/mo to save money on their land line or cell bill:
The monthly to the ISP owner would like like this:
(10,000 subscribers x $3/mo profit) + (5,000 subscribers x $3/mo profit) = $45,000 per month
----
To YOU, the monthly would look like this:
(10,000 subscribers x $0.75/mo profit) + (5,000 subscribers x $0.75/mo profit) = $11,250 per month
---
To me, for an ISP owner YOU found, the monthly would look like this:
(10,000 subscribers x $0.25/mo profit) + (5,000 subscribers x $0.25/mo profit) = $3,750 per month
It would be an understatement to say that you want to personally sign up some dial-up ISPs. IYN will not go after these for you. You gotta go get them yourself. I can show you how, but at first, they may not believe you can deliver what you can deliver, but when they think about their current competitors who don't move on this technology, they tend to get all excited about upgrading and increasing market share...
Joe, hit a few of these home runs, and you may develop a slightly different outlook on life...
Gotta go. I got ads to publish and Traffic Exchanges to click on to build traffic. Ultimately, it's all about traffic.
Looking forward to sharing and working with you, Joe!
Last night, you saw the tip of the iceberg, and that iceberg is made of MONEY...
Remind me of that little quote (it's an original) as we sell to Inuits in Alaska, schoolchildren in Ghana, Bangladeshis in the Bangladeshi monsoonal floodplains, Siberians on the Siberian Steppes and Aboriginals in the Australian Outback. These personal and home-sized technologies we offer change EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING!!!
Think about that, then STAND IN THE WAY OF THE MONEY, and get YOURS.
And don't forget to smile...
Kind Regards,
Kevin Stokes
